This book is not a typical appearance on the 911, as the title claims. This is a book about people the author wants to impress us with their knowledge and their own Porsches. As in "After the property of Led Zeppelin manager …" (Str. 111), or "Matt Butler is a record producer … [who] worked with Sir Paul McCartney … (P. 125). There are helpful tables and test the changes within 911 years. However, there are entire sections on the 914, at 924, at 928 and Boxster, having nothing to do with 911. Of course there are many color photos. If you want to look at the nice color pictures Porsche racing cars, 924s, 928s, Ferraris (it's true), and the occasional Lotus, this is the book. I'm returning mine, is useless.
